Non avevo mai cotto il gelo al forno in un guscio di frolla, ho chiesto qualche consiglio ai maestri pasticceri di Costa ed ecco che oggi vi lascio la ricetta della crostata coperta ripiena di gelo di anguria. Noi lo abbiniamo a un Moscato di Noto Dop. Per il gelo di anguria, che dovete preparare con un giorno di anticipo: passare al passaverdure tanta anguria quanta necessaria per ottenerne un litro. Mettere in un ampio tegame la maizena e lo zucchero e mescolare bene.

Una torta tira l'altra. Il tutto tritato grossolanamente, spolverato di zucchero di canna e "spruzzato " con ruhm. - Nice house, lovely terrace, especially if it is windy.
