The people that work there also happen to be passionate about bikes. On the BMX side their silent roller clutch hubs win races. From local events to the Gold medal at the Rio Olympics. For mountain bikes they deliver the same instant engagement in single speed, Shimano, and SRAM XD compatible drivers with both standard and Boost spacing options. Options abound. Standard or Boost spacing.
Famous for instantaneous engagement and silent coasting, the Stealth MTB rear hub has been available for over 10 years. The Stealth MTB rear hub utilizes our proprietary engagement mechanism, which provides instant engagement and power transfer. This is an advantage that is immediately noticeable when riding the Stealth hub and will help in all riding situations. We have designed the Stealth MTB rear hub with interchangeable axles, available in all popular configurations, so that swapping a hub from bike to bike is quick and easy. Another user-friendly feature is the heat-treated stainless steel cassette drive body, which is more durable than aluminum and resists damage from the cogs and cassette, making removal of the cassette simple.
All Rights Reserved. The Stealth Pro front hub is the perfect match for our rear Stealth Pro hub. With a similar shape as our rear hub, the Stealth Pro front hub compliments our rear hub nicely. It has been designed to withstand the rigors of professional BMX competition. The Stealth Pro front hub features an over sized axle and hub-shell for maximum rigidity but is still lightweight at under grams. Take a look at the starting gate of the main event of any professional BMX race worldwide. More than likely the majority of pros on the gate are running the Stealth Pro hub.

Long story short, this would be a new set of custom wheels for my 8 year old son Christmas gift and I decided to go with Stealth because I've seen them in person spinning really nice saw CK and had some drag but the past week I went to FL and started asking about the hubs and I actually saw one and that thing sniped for ever. So now I'm basically trying to decide between these 2. Stealth are lighter and been in the market since and I really like that, but can't use shimano cogs, boomer. Onyx has hybrid ceramic bearings and titanium parts but they only been on the market for a couple of years, I can use shimano cogs and that's a plus. Don't like the look of the front hub but isn't a deal breaker. BOTH are silent and instant engagement. Is there really a noticeable difference with hybrid ceramic bearings?
